We’re looking for small businesses to be our go-to source on whatever it is they make or do best, meeting the following criteria:

• Products are hand/homemade or ethically sourced/curated secondhand, or Services are not out-sourced/contracted to non-immediate staff
• Products are made from ethically sourced components without an exaggerated carbon footprint, or services are conducted in a manner that reduces carbon footprint
• Products are conventionally appropriate for applications in a K12/K16 setting where minors will be exposed to the materials, or services are conducted in a manner conventionally appropriate for minors to witness or participate in
• Products are sustainably produced at a rate viable for orders at a campus scale, or services are provided in a manner timely for provision at a campus scale
• The company makes explicit, intentional efforts to support causes relevant to K12/K16 education, accessibility, ending hunger, resolving the housing crisis, or reducing the effects of climate change

Partner suppliers do not need to be based in the Texas or the United States, but a sustainable delivery method not dependent on wasteful overseas shipping is necessary. Virtual product or service suppliers using the internet as a delivery method are obviously exempt from calculating the carbon footprint of data transmission.
